The Brooklyn Rogues is a warm, welcoming, supportive run club. Our logo includes a shoe circle, representing the values we hold dear: inclusiveness, equality, diversity, and camaraderie. Also, running.

Our two group runs a week are open to prospective new members. Please email thebrooklynrogues@gmail.com to inquire.

The Saturday run starts at the Brooklyn Academy of Music steps and leads us in various directions around the city each week. People are welcome to join for as much or as little of the long run distance as they desire!

The Sunday run is a single, very sociable loop of Prospect Park. No one runs alone! It’s a particularly good run for prospective members and beginners to meet the club!

Our Team

The Brooklyn Rogues is a recreational run club, full of great people with a passion for running, training, competing, and, most of all, having fun. We welcome runners of all paces, newcomers and experienced alike.

We host two runs a weeks and occasional social events. Our mission is to create a space where members can achieve their goals and get the most out of their running.

Team
Our team values include showing up and showing support for one another with boundless good cheer. We have a fun, relaxed vibe, with many run nerds among us. Sometimes we have balloons.

Shoe Circle
When you show up to a workout, your left foot gets to be in the most famous shoe circle in the NYC running community! Our shoe-circle logo represents our values of inclusiveness, equality, diversity, and camaraderie.

Workouts
Saturday long runs have shorter and longer options. Our Sunday shakeout is a social run that loops Prospect Park starting at the SW corner, sometimes ending with coffee or tea!

Races
Some of our members love to race and others never hit the start line — we welcome either approach! In big races, we try to have a Cheer Squad to support you on the course!

We try to socialize on our runs as well as outside of them! Depending on the interest and availability of our members, we find different ways to connect with one another socially.
